OUTDOORS HUNTING: Texas sets waterfowl seasons for 2013-14

For the first time in a half century, Texas water fowlers can take two canvasbacks daily under migratory game bird seasons approved for the 2013-14 by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission.
